Install XFS firesystem utilities on Ubuntu 10.04

前些日子凍仁拜 NT$ 2,350 買了台「Buffalo WZR-HP-G300NH」無線基地台，有了 router 就可以擋掉撥接 PPPoE 的麻煩，不管要灌 Debian 玩區網連線、控管都方便許多，加上接下來還得多開幾個 VirtualBox 模擬些環境作業，無線雖不常用，但可事先在家測試無線網卡，才不至於每次聚會得先 Debug 一下才能上網。

或許刷完韌體後會更好玩，凍仁還是先等兩年的保固過了再說，而內建的 NAS、BitComet、VPN.. 就夠玩了，會裝到 XFS 也是因為它只支援 FAT32 及 XFS，Linux users 的選擇總是會比別人多，當然要選適合養動物的 XFS。

1. 查詢 xfs 相關套件。

root@lucid:~$ aptitude search xfs [Enter]

p   xfsdump - Administrative utilities for the XFS filesystem
p   xfslibs-dev - XFS filesystem-specific static libraries and headers

p   xfswitch-plugin - fast user switching plugin for the Xfce panel

2. 安裝 XFS 及相關套件。

root@lucid:~$ aptitude install xfsdump xfsprogs [Enter]

現在可以用磁碟公用程式來格式化成 xfs 檔案格式了！
